Without proper budgeting, sold out shows and packed houses can be a recipe for quick disaster. A poorly planned capital budget can lead to the ultimate demise of even the best ideas.

 

The unique qualities of the arts industry require vision, planning, and proper execution of artistic purpose and mission in concert with sound business principles and ethical decisions.

 

These are delicate balances that will make or break a project.
