Manager

 

 

I  have always enjoyed the satisfaction of completing a specific function. But when those tasks are finished, it is the overarching goal that matters.

 

Management of projects brings me the sense of accomplishment that goes beyond the task. As I have grown from fast-food shift leader to assistant squad leader in the Army, following to A1 for the Audio crew into Technical Director, and then on to Production Manager for Theater then Contemporary Art, my management style and philosophy has progressed to include project planning in addition to supervising people and actions.

 

My career arc has developed me through exposure to many types of people and situations that each require a unique approach and finesse to achieve desired results that reward the team with an accomplished mission and the client with a superior product.
